I really don't use technology too often. I use facebook and an email at yahoo.com. I also have a cell phone and a wii. Technology is been great to use when I'm bored and its raining outside, otherwise I don't use it. Technology to me is one of those things that keeps growing, but has no effect on me directly.
I think that what Jeremy has said is true about alot of people. Everyone uses technology in their everyday life.
